IMPORT
We offer expertise in a range of import services from a comprehensive spot list to customised direct sourcing services with our own offices in Panama, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Uganda. Either way, we take full responsibility for the import process, handling shipment preparation, logistics, customs, quarantine, and storage.
WAREHOUSE
We have a global logistics network and storage infrastructure to ensure guaranteed quality and cost-effectiveness. Our services cover Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, the United States, Europe, and the UAE.
FINANCING
We offer a financing option that allows us to source, import, and store your coffee in one of our warehouses. You can access this service on demand on a pay-as-you-go basis over the term of the finance. We guarantee that there are no hidden costs or caveats. Insurance, freight, import, and delivery are all charged at cost, with only a marginal admin fee.
Procurement
We can offer a green bean purchasing schedule to guarantee a consistent supply and stable pricing throughout the year. Additionally, we maintain an inventory to match supply with your demand and can provide roasted and green samples of any variety on our spot list upon request. Our in-house Q graders conduct all scoring.
