All our coffee has complete traceability and provenance to its origin. From the smallest and highest scoring micro-lot to a bulk specialty multi container lot, all have a story from cherry to processed green exportable grade coffee. Always ensuring we give our customers a coffee profile including its geography, the involved farmer or farmers’ story, its journey from wet mill to export, and its quality profile which includes all sensory analysis, cuppings scores, cuppings notes, and green coffee quality analysis.
To us, true sustainability may only be achieved through resilience, autonomy and mutual respect for all stakeholders. Relationships are our biggest asset, as a result we are increasingly involved in every step of the way. Our focus is just as much directed in production as in sales. Apart from constant trips to origin, we co-own a mill in Colombia and in Guatemala, and have initiated programs to improve agronomic practices as well as processing techniques, providing education and resources that give producers greater choice and capability to navigate the industry. Sustainability is also born through encouraging direct relationships between our growers and roasters. The resulting mutual understanding provides our growers with stability and the opportunity to better understand the roasters’ needs.
